Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. You’ll play a vital role, ensuring our vital services reach vulnerable adults who need them most.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of our meal delivery program.
- Manage volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and support.
- Ensure accurate client records and efficient meal delivery.
- Represent Mobile Meals at outreach events.
- Build strong relationships with volunteers, clients, and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience (including 1 year in a non-profit/healthcare setting) or equivalent experience.
- Passion for Mobile Meals’ mission and a desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM Bloomerang.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance required.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($40,000 – $48,000).
