Mobile Meals of Southern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. You’ll play a vital role, ensuring our vital services reach vulnerable adults who need them most.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of our meal delivery program.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and support.
  • Ensure accurate client records and efficient meal delivery.
  • Represent Mobile Meals at outreach events.
  • Build strong relationships with volunteers, clients, and community partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience (including 1 year in a non-profit/healthcare setting) or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for Mobile Meals’ mission and a desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM Bloomerang.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ($40,000 – $48,000).
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, paid time off, etc.).
