Frequently Asked Questions

Here’s some information about your meal service delivery that will be helpful to you.

When are meals delivered?
Meals are typically delivered Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to
12:30 pm in Tucson and 9:00 am to 11:00 am in Sahuarita and Green Valley

Someone must be home to accept the meals. We cannot leave them outside due to health department requirements.

  • Tucson Area: Meals are typically delivered between 10:00 am and 12:30 pm
  • Green Valley: Meals are typically delivered between 9:00 am and 11:00 am

Once you’ve signed up and are part of a delivery route, every effort is made to ensure that your meal delivery occurs around the same time each day.

Plan to be home during the delivery windows.

How many meals can I order?
You must order at least one meal per delivery day in the delivery
cycle. You may order more than one meal per delivery day, but that number applies to
every delivery.

How long will these meals keep?
Meals will stay in your refrigerator for five days.

Meals can be frozen and thawed for future use if you think you won’t eat them in the next five days. If you are freezing your meals, we recommend placing them in a Ziplock bag for added freshness.

When should I order?
Meals must be ordered by Wednesday for the start of delivery on
the following Monday, or Tuesday if you’ve chosen the Tuesday and Thursday delivery
schedule.
